A FUN AND EFFECTIVE INTERVAL STYLE PROGRAM DESIGNED TO  BUILD MUSCLE, LOSE FAT  AND IMPROVE YOUR OVERALL HEALTH AND FITNESS. THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN CURATED TO ADDRESS ALL YOUR FITNESS CHALLENGES. DEVISED AND FACILITATED BY OUR CLINIC OWNER, LAURIE WHO IS AN EXPERIENCED CLINICAL EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST, STRENGTH  AND CONDITIONING SPECIALIST, YOGA AND FITNESS INSTRUCTOR.

THIS IS AN IN PERSON, SPECIALLY DESIGNED,SMALL GROUP SERIES. IN ORDER FOR THIS SERIES TO BE EFFECTIVE AND SAFE FOR OUR STUDENTS, THIS PROGRAM IS ONLY OPEN TO CLIENTS  WHO ARE HEALTHY AND CAPABLE OF EXERCISING VIGOROUSLY. WE ARE UNABLE TO INCLUDE THOSE WHO ARE CURRENTLY PHYSICALLY LIMITED, HAVE ANY CARDIAC  OR HEART CONCERNS, OR THOSE REHABILITATING FROM AN INJURY. DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, FELLOW INSTRUCTORS OR TRAINERS ARE NOT INVITED AT THIS TIME.

DESIGNED FOR OUR CLIENTS WHO WISH TO:

INCREASE  MUSCLE MASS, DECREASE BODY FAT, DECREASE VISCERAL (DEEP ABDOMINAL) FAT, IMPROVE OVERALL HEALTH AND FITNESS, IMPROVE BALANCE,ENERGY, METABOLIC RATE, BONE DENSITY,STABILITY, AND AGILITY

PERFECT FOR MIDLIFE CONCERNS SUCH AS DECLINING METABOLIC RATE, MENOPAUSE, PERIMENOPAUSE ETC.

PLEASE BRING CLEAN INDOOR RUNNERS, A YOGA MAT, AND FILLED WATER BOTTLE. COME PREPARED TO COMPLETE A SERIES OF MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND CARDIOVASCULAR ACTIVITIES DESIGNED AND PROGRAMMED SPECIFICALLY TO ADDRESS YOUR BODY COMPOSITION CONCERNS.

 CLIENTS MUST FILL OUT A HEALTH HISTORY FORM BEFORE BEGINNING THE PROGRAM AND BE CLEARED BY THEIR DOCTOR TO BEGIN OR CONTINUE A PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROGRAM. THIS SERIES IS NOT A REHABILITATIVE PROGRAM / EXERCISE THERAPY SESSION. CLIENTS MUST BE PHYSICALLY HEALTHY AND BE CAPABLE OF  VIGOROUS CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE (NEAR OR AT MAXIMAL EFFORT), AND MUSCULAR STRENGTH EXERCISES. THE CAPABILITY TO LOWER ONES BODY TO THE FLOOR TO COMPLETE MAT WORK IS ALSO A PREREQUISITE FOR THIS SERIES.

THIS PROGRAM  IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH CARDIOVASCULAR OR HEART CONDITIONS,BACK OR NECK ISSUES, OTHER MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURIES, OR CHONIC HEALTH CONDITIONS. IF THIS PERTAINS TO YOUR CIRCUMSTANCE, PLEASE SEE SOME OF OUR OTHER PROGRAMS THAT MAY BE MORE APPROPRIATE.
