Steps to booking in for a new patient:

1. Body Connections is a small, personalized, local business serving the community for over 20 years. We love meeting new people but have limited time slots. Availability in the schedule depends on the current and upcoming caseload. Please request an Initial Appointment on the online appointment book below. NEW PATIENT OR RETURNING AFTER 1 YEAR? PLEASE BOOK AN INITIAL APPOINTMENT.

2. Your appointment request will be reviewed during clinic hours.Online appointment requests are not guaranteed to be approved. Please do not send payment until you hear from us. Once your appointment request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions and a link to a health history form. https://forms.gle/EfKS8m9bBVe2MF579  We've also included it here for your convenience.Please fill in the health history form prior to your appointment.

3. Next, submit your payment.Payment methods: Etransfer to bodyconnectionsregina@hotmail.com or use the pay online tab above.We do have debit in clinic for use when you book future appointments with us. We will not hold your appointment time without payment. 

4. Lastly, please review the clinic policies below. You will receive an appointment reminder the day prior to your scheduled time. 

 

Clinic Policies

Payment for appointments is required upon booking. Appointments are not held without payment. Your insurance receipt will be provided at your appointment. Please Etransfer to bodyconnectionsregina@hotmail.com or use the Pay Online tab. Refunds are not provided after payment has been submitted. If you cancel your appointment and do not reschedule, your paid appointment fee is documented as a credit on your file for future use. Fees are nonrefundable if you decide to not attend your appointment for any reason.

Please respect our time. Your appointments time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call or text us at 306-533-4387 with at least 24 business hours notice.Payment is required for appointment cancellations without sufficient notice. Monday appointment changes and cancellations must be completed before 12pm on the Friday prior. 

Clinic administration hours Mon- Thurs 9am-430pm. Fri 9am-12pm. We are closed on Stat holidays. The clinic phone is not attended to during off hours. Please note, we are not able to give therapeutic advice over the phone or via text message.

Online booking is not available for Exercise Therapy. Patients are asked to call to book their appointment 306-533-4387. 

 

Parking- Free parking is available on Lorne St. We also have an assigned, labelled, client parking spot. Please do not park in in our neighbors assigned spaces.

Massage Therapy Time Slots: 

Most of our appointment time slots are 45 min in duration. 60 min appointment times are only available at 330 pm.

30 min appointments are only available with pre-approval of your therapist

First Visit or Returning after 1 Year? Please book an Initial Massage Therapy Appointment 

Initial Appointment- $120.75 (115 + 5.75 GST) 50 min approximate time

45 min appointment- $95 total (90.48 + 4.52 GST)

60 min appointment- $110 total (104.77+ 5.23 GST)

As always, there is no additional fee for specialized modalities that are incorporated into your treatment plan.

Kinesiology/ Exercise Therapy appointment -  $118.65 ($113.00 + $5.65GST)- Multiple appointments are needed- Online booking is not available.Please contact the clinic directly to book.

Safety Procedures:

Please cancel your appointment if you have Covid-19, cough, cold or flu symptoms.Clients who attend their appointment with symptoms will not be treated and will be responsible for payment. The clinic follows strict cleaning, sanitation and laundry protocols. The front door remains locked during appointments and is open for your arrival 5 min before your scheduled time.  Please arrive only 5 min early and do not bring anyone with you into the clinic.
